Thank you for your interest in ESS Technology. ESS Technology is an equal opportunity employer. We have created this help
page to assist you in finding the perfect position at ESS Technology. The
Job Search form is divided into the following three sections: Keyword Search,
Department, and Location. Each of these is described below.
The first section is the Keyword Search. Use this field to enter phrases or words to narrow your search.
You may also leave the field blank to see all jobs in any departments and locations you have selected.
Use the rules in the table below for the Keyword Search.

Phrases such as:

Jobs with the exact phrase "network administrator".
Because the search is not case-sensitive, this is equivalent to "Network
Administrator". |
| Multiple words, using the AND operator, such as: administrator AND network
|
Jobs that have both the word administrator and the
word network anywhere in the document. |
Multiple words, using the NEAR operator, such as:
administrator NEAR network |
Jobs that have both the word administrator and
the word network within 50 words of each other. Pages
will be ranked by how close the words (adminstrator, network) are
to each other on the page. |
Similar words, using the OR operator, such as:
director or manager |
Jobs that have either the word director or the word
manager, or jobs that have both the word director
and the word manager. |
Certain words but not others, using the AND NOT operators, such as:
VCD AND NOT DVD |
Jobs that have the word VCD but do not include the
word DVD. |
A set of words, using a phrase with double quotes (for AND, OR, NOT, or NEAR), such as:
"home near term" |
Jobs that have the phrase "home near term".
Without the double quotes, this query would use the NEAR operator
instead of the phrase. |
The second section is Department. Use the selection boxes to narrow your search to one or more departments.
The third section is Location. Use the selection boxes to narrow your search to specific locations. If you
are interested in one of ESS Technology’s other locations, please select the “Other” box. Then, use the
Keyword search to narrow your search to a specific location.
