Areas of Responsibility

We are looking for a highly motivated electronics designer to join our growing team with a focus on designing our state-of-the-art testing infrastructure. As the ideal candidate you love solving complex challenges and can see a design through from definition, to design, testing until product release. Having experience in PCB design you have a good understanding of important design principles, signal integrity, power and grounding, and love attention to detail in bringing complex designs to life. You are willing to accept difficult engineering challenges and remain focused on learning about the intricate details of mixed signal IC testing.

  • Design complex PCBs for our testing infrastructure from beginning to end, with schematic entry, layout, and BOM generation
  • Bring up, test and debug complex system using common lab tools and specialized equipment to identify design improvements.

Employment Requirements

  • Experience with PCB design.
  • Experience in circuit debugging.
  • Good understanding of audio circuit design components (DAC, ADC, Amplifiers)
  • Experience with lab equipment automation and measurement data processing.
  • Understanding of board level digital transport and communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, I2S.
  • Experience with small scale hand soldering and hot-air rework.
  • Ability to write simple software and automate tedious tasks
  • Familiarity with production test flows (ATE) is a strong bonus.
  • Ability to document designs and characterize circuits and communicate those findings.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment.
